For larger stains such as mold, tire stains, and grease there are the following recommendations:

To remove mold, mix 1 ounce (28.3 g) of laundry detergent and the same amount of trisodium phosphate with 1 quart (946.4 ml) of laundry bleach and 3 quarts (2.8 liters) of ) of water. Scrub the area with a soft brush and rinse with clean water.

To remove tire stains in a garage, spray the area with water and apply a degreaser. Let it act for three to four hours, rub with a brush and rinse.

To remove the grease, spread cat litter or cornstarch over the area and leave it to act for three days. After you've let it sit, vacuum or sweep up the cat litter and dispose of it according to the type of grease it was (such as in the trash or through a recycling store).
