The application of two coats of sealer protects stamped concrete and blocks the penetration of dirt, antifreeze chemicals, oil and grease stains, and other substances.
A good quality sealer not only makes concrete easy to clean, it offers other benefits as well, such as enhancing color and preventing discoloration from UV exposure.

But even when stamped concrete is properly sealed, it will require some routine maintenance, depending on the exposure conditions and the type and amount of traffic it receives. Although a sealer will inhibit staining, you will need to sweep and wash the surface occasionally to prevent dirt build-up.
Exterior surfaces can be pressure washed or scrubbed with a mild detergent. For interior surfaces, damp mopping or dry dusting will suffice to keep it well.
